Notre activité Air & Ocean est en pleine croissance, et on recherche un·e Agent de Transit Maritime Import et/ou Export pour renforcer notre équipe de Strasbourg.
Ton rôle : Agent de Transit Maritime (Import/Export)
Ta mission ? Organiser, coordonner et suivre les expéditions maritimes de nos clients tout en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité, de réactivité et de satisfaction.
Tu seras le lien clé entre les clients, les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et nos partenaires à l'international.
Ce que tu feras au quotidien
* Organiser les expéditions de A à Z en lien avec nos bureaux à l'étranger
* Coordonner les opérations dans le respect des réglementations nationales et internationales
* Gérer l'ensemble de la documentation liée au transport maritime (booking, BL, douanes…)
* Suivre les dossiers clients avant, pendant et après l'acheminement
* Établir des cotations et propositions tarifaires sur mesure
* Assurer un suivi administratif rigoureux (facturation, contrôle, reporting)
* Négocier avec les fournisseurs pour optimiser les coûts et garantir les délais
* Informer et conseiller un portefeuille clients dédié avec un vrai sens du service
* Veiller au respect des engagements pris avec les clients et partenaires
What You Bring:
Ton profil
* Tu as une formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en transport, logistique ou commerce international
* Tu justifies d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience réussie en transit maritime (import/export)
* Tu maîtrises l'anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral) - contexte international oblige
* Tu connais bien le pack Office et tu es à l'aise avec les outils de gestion
* Tu es rigoureux·se, réactif·ve, orienté·e client et tu sais gérer les priorités
* Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et tu communiques efficacement
