1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:Responsible for maintaining the content library used to complete requests for proposal (RFPs) that help Wholesale Payments win new and retain existing business.
The content manager uses proposal software to perform the following duties:
Lead the continual review processes for all content housed in the library. The cadence may be quarterly, annual, or bi-annual, depending on the content.
Enhance current content by adding graphics, editing for consistency, and making sure all responses follow Truist brand guidelines.
Develop new (reviewed and approved) RFP content.
Add new responses gathered from current RFPs.
Monitor internal communications to ensure RFP content remains current
Manage all aspects of the proposal software including, templates, export themes, library, content reviews, and other ad hoc requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Own the content engine. Lead end to end development, governance, and continuous improvement of the Wholesale Payments RFP/RFI content lifecycle-from creation and approval through indexing, sourcing, and reuse-supporting high volume, deadline driven responses.

2.Manage all aspects of the proposal software. Manage the library, project build tool, templates, export themes, review process, job aid, and training for end users.

3.Write with impact. Proactively draft and edit clear, compelling, client focused content that translates complex Wholesale Payments capabilities into persuasive value propositions-while maintaining technical accuracy, brand voice, and compliance integrity.

4.Run projects like a pro. Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast moving environment, balancing urgency, quality, and stakeholder expectations to consistently meet tight deadlines.

5.Design content for usability and reuse. Shape content structure, formatting, and presentation to improve readability, consistency, and speed to response-leveraging approved templates, styles, and visual standards. Organize and update exhibit library, with guidance for users.

6.Be the relationship hub. Build trusted partnerships across Wholesale Payments channels, deal teams, SMEs, Legal, Compliance, Commercialization, Product-using strong personal savvy to influence, align, and move work forward.

7.Turn insight into action. Manage the response content database and reporting, analyzing usage trends, gaps, and performance to drive smarter content strategy and continuous improvement.

8.Keep content current. Ensure all materials reflect the latest Truist and Wholesale Payments products, services, policies, and positioning-updating quickly as business needs evolve.

9.Elevate the team. Serve as a content expert and mentor to RFP teammates by providing editorial guidance, peer review, and hands on support to raise overall response quality.

10. Support growth initiatives. Maintain key client and market data for RFPs and sales enablement materials; support research tied to Wholesale Payments opportunities within the firm's footprint.

11. Invest in mastery. Actively participate in professional development, team forums, and strategic initiatives to strengthen writing craft, payments expertise, and organizational effectiveness.

12.Develop finalist decks. Work with deal teams to help develop and finalize decks that continue messaging from RFPs that advance to the next stage.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or equivalent education and related work experience.

2. Two years of experience managing a content library and writing benefits-focused content.

3. Experience working collaboratively with a cross-departmental team and all levels of an organization.

4. Strong, demonstrated experience developing compelling written and visual content.

5. Mastery of the English language, grammar, punctuation, ability to craft benefits-focused content

6. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

7. Ability to ask relevant questions, understand stakeholder inputs, synthesize, and translate to develop an effective win strategy.

8. Proficiency with project management methodologies, collaboration tools, and proposal workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of APMP standards.

3.Three years of project management or related experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4. Experience in treasury solutions, commercial card, merchant services, or cash management.

5. Working knowledge of AP writing style and ability to write in Truist and Wholesale Payments channel voice.
