As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE TEAM At Anduril, our Electronic Warfare (EW) team is redefining how we dominate the electromagnetic spectrum. We're moving away from slow, legacy defense hardware to build agile, software-defined EW systems that deploy real-time detection, geolocation, and defeat capabilities directly to the tactical edge.Based out of our Costa Mesa HQ, our team builds the hardware and software behind systems like Pulsar-tackling high-stakes mission sets like Counter-UAS, Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), Direction Finding, and cognitive RF sensing in contested environments. ABOUT THE ROLE Anduril is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive the verification, automation, and operational deployment of our next-gen Electronic Warfare systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to lead integration testing across subassemblies and full systems. From designing robust automated test suites and analyzing system telemetry to rapid failure triage and root-cause diagnosis, you will be instrumental in ensuring system reliability. Additionally, you will serve as a technical liaison during system deployment, traveling to support internal and customer-facing flight tests and field demonstrations. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for Anduril's Electronic Warfare (EW) product lines. * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, firmware, and RF) to integrate and test new and existing EW products. * Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems, spanning RF/digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software layers. * Design and implement automated tests to increase test coverage, repeatability, and overall testing efficiency. * Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures observed during integration and characterization to rapidly identify root causes. * Analyze system telemetry and test data to reproduce issues, validate software/hardware fixes, and ensure system reliability. * Serve as a key technical liaison to deploy Anduril's integrated hardware-software products, ensuring they meet customer and operational needs. * Travel to support flight tests and system demonstrations at both internal and customer-facing sites, validating Anduril's EW capabilities in real-world operational environments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 8+ years of relevant industry experience with a strong focus on hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. * Highly proficient with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers. * Comfortable navigating Linux environments, utilizing command-line interfaces, executing shell scripts, and working with debugging utilities. * Experience using programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation. * Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex, system-level issues. * Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support testing, integration, and demonstrations at remote and outdoor field sites. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. * Currently hold and are able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Direct experience working with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and EW systems. * Familiarity with common wireless communication protocols and their associated test methodologies. * Understanding of military standards (such as MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461) and spectrum regulatory test methods. * Thrive in fast-paced, highly autonomous environments and can execute effectively with minimal direction. * Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
