Job Summary:

Nuvotronicsis seeking an experiencedRF hardwareSenior Regional Sales Managerwithindustryexperienceto support and grow U.S.-based government and commercial customers.This role owns the full sales lifecyclefrom opportunity identification and quoting through contract negotiation and revenue deliveryand serves as the primary customer interface.To be successful as aSenior Regional Sales Manager, the individual shoulddemonstrateexcellent knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) software,canmanagemultiple tasks at once, anddeliver oncommitments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex technical andgovernmentenvironments, coordinating across internal engineering, product, and operations teams, and driving bookings and long-term account growth. This position requires strong business judgment, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Domestic travel ofapproximately 30-50% is expected.

Business Development & Sales Growth:

  • Activelyidentify, develop, and closenew salesopportunities within assigned markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years ofaerospacepayload hardwaresales experience, with a proventrack recordof driving growth in technically complex markets.

  • Experience selling RF/microwave components,or modules.We are not looking for sales insoftware, services, or complete platforms.

  • At least 7 years ofdemonstratedsuccessin business development, account growth, and securingnew designwins for RF and microwave technologies, including products such as:

  • Filters, DiplexersandMultiplexers

  • Couplers and power dividers

  • RF front-end modules

  • Antennas, Phased arrays

  • mmWaveassemblies

  • Technical aptitude:Strong understanding of RF, microwave, and high-frequency systems, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to engineers, program managers, and procurement teams.

  • Customer relationships:Established network within theSatcom andaerospace industry, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence key engineering and program stakeholders.

  • Business development mindset:Demonstratedability toidentifyopportunities, develop strategic account plans, navigate long sales cycles, and convert design wins into production revenue.

Cubic Pay Range:

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
