Job Description RF Engineers We are working with an innovative technology manufacturer developing advanced RF, microwave and mmWave solutions for mission-critical applications across global markets. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced RF Engineers (Senior, High Senior and Principal levels) to join a highly skilled engineering team focused on the design, development and delivery of next-generation RF products. The Role As an RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development and validation of high-performance RF and microwave products.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the full product lifecycle, from concept and simulation through to testing, manufacturing support and product enhancement. Key Responsibilities RF Design & Development Lead the design, simulation and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components and subsystems. Perform RF system analysis, performance optimisation and troubleshooting of complex designs.

Carry out RF measurements, characterisation and validation of prototype and production hardware. Produce and maintain technical documentation including design reports, test plans, specifications and validation reports. Ensure designs meet customer requirements, technical specifications and applicable industry standards.

Contribute to technology roadmaps and future product development through innovative RF engineering solutions. Provide technical input to customer enquiries, proposals and RFQs where required. Project Delivery & Product Development Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering Leads to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Support the transition of products from concept and prototype stages through to manufacturing. Collaborate with Process Engineering and Operations teams to improve manufacturability, yield and production performance. Identify technical risks and contribute to mitigation plans throughout the development cycle.

Support continuous improvement activities across products, processes and engineering practices. Collaboration & Communication Work collaboratively with Electronics, Mechanical, Software and Systems Engineering teams to deliver integrated product solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Present technical findings, project updates and design reviews to colleagues, management and customers as required. About You You will ideally have: Degree-qualified, or equivalent experience, in RF Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics or a related discipline. Experience designing and developing RF, microwave or mmWave products.

Strong understanding of RF circuit design, simulation, analysis and testing. Experience using RF test equipment such as Vector Network Analysers (VNAs), Spectrum Analysers and Signal Generators. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills within a product development environment.

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly. What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
