A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start. Basic Qualifications Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience or 1 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications.

Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance and be able to obtain at least an Interim Secret Clearance before starting the position, therefore you must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical field. Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Relevant experience in the defense electronics industry, including RF applications.

Experience with RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits. Prior RF design experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience with microwave simulation tools for RF system design.

Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques. Experience with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic drawings, and test data. Hands-on hardware experience.

Familiarity with production and manufacturing environments. Ability to lead failure investigations on production or technical issues. Ability work in a team collaborative environment especially with manufacturing and industrial engineers and/or operator on production support.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
