Job description

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking an RF Test Technician whose primary duties will include quality control and tuning/testing of RF telecommunication equipment using various testing equipment and resources.
This position is full time - 5/8 schedule (7:00AM-3:30PM) - In Person Only - Overtime available
Additional Duties:
  • Perform testing, inspection, tuning and troubleshooting of RF, analog and digital circuit boards and products in an efficient manner to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Perform setup an operation of electrical, electronic and RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, hi-pot and ground bond, oscilloscopes and digital probes in an efficient manner.
  • Conduct visual and mechanical testing as well as perform inspections to ensure adherence to approved company, industry and quality standards are met along with customer specifications; make adjustments and repairs as necessary.
  • Report defective materials, questionable conditions, product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to lead test technician.
  • Accurately record information such as labor hours and other statistics into computer database.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations; wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned. May work in other manufacturing departments as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Must have ability to sit for long periods or time.
  • Must have basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Must have manual dexterity to handle and solder small parts through magnifying glass or microscope.
  • RF experience is strongly preferred.
  • Soldering experience is strongly preferred.
