The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the global commercial organization. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing end-to-end sales processes, with a strong focus on enhancing the Salesforce CRM experience for frontline users.
This individual serves as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Technology-translating business needs into scalable process improvements, system enhancements, and data-driven insights that enable smarter selling.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead design and continuous improvement of end-to-end sales processes (lead to close)
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process solutions
Establish and enforce SOPs and process governance globally
Own Salesforce enhancement roadmap aligned to seller needs
Translate business requirements into user stories and partner with dev teams
Improve CRM usability, automation, and next-best-action guidance
Ensure stakeholder validation before production releases
Drive data integrity, reporting consistency, and KPI standardization
Optimize funnel health, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy
Partner with Marketing on lead flow, scoring, and campaign tracking
Design workflow automation to reduce manual effort
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events
Support dashboard/reporting evolution and analytics enablement
Deliver training and change management support for new processes/tools
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)Required:
5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, or RevOps
Deep Salesforce CRM experience
Proven experience in process optimization and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Experience in global organizations
Familiarity with marketing automation (Pardot/Marketing Cloud)
Experience with analytics and reporting tools
Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
