Our baristas are the face of Birch Coffee and represent the brand from the moment they arrive at work. We take our coffee very seriously and our customer service even seriouser! We strive to create experiences for our guests daily that revolve around respect, courtesy and empathy.
We expect our baristas to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates. We expect you to be up to speed on our offerings through tastings and info delivered to you by your store leads. We expect our baristas to fully support the store and its needs by working together with your teammates as one unit striving for one common goal.
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about coffee and hospitality. We are looking for individuals that take great pride in their work and show up giving 100% every shift. We are looking for people that consider themselves punctual (you know who you are) and can follow the leadership of your store lead.
