• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs, using structured tools and proprietary assessment frameworks.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting techniques to fit each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to ensure progress and efficacy.
• Offer teletherapy solutions that facilitate access to services, particularly for clients who may face mobility challenges or reside in remote areas.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in accordance with ethical standards and compliance requirements.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including supervision, workshops, and clinical webinars to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed on advancements in mental health care.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness in the therapeutic process.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively manage a varied caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy for substance use disorders or related issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of diverse family systems and couples therapy.
• Experience with group therapy facilitation is a plus.
