Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success. You'll participate in weekly skill-building sessions, receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions.
Our goal isn't simply to help you become licensed or originate your first loan-it's to develop confident, knowledgeable, high-performing mortgage professionals with the skills, coaching, and support to build a rewarding long-term career.
