    Job Description

    What You'll Do

    As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring orders, logistics, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team and California Commercial Team.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Process customer orders and support shipping, receiving, returns, rebates, and reverse logistics.
    • Manage customer care, logistics, and returns inboxes while ensuring timely responses.
    • Coordinate with Suterra's third-party logistics (3PL) partner to support inventory management, warehouse operations, invoice reconciliation, and product movement.
    • Support distributor relationships throughout the Eastern and Central United States.
    • Maintain accurate customer information and data within HubSpot CRM.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and logistics partners through proactive communication and collaboration.
    • Assist with process improvements and other Customer Experience initiatives as assigned.
