GoGoMeds is a white-label, direct-to-consumer pharmacy fulfillment operator that gives telehealth brands, medspas, manufacturers, and employers the dispensing and e-commerce infrastructure to run their own branded medication programs without standing up a pharmacy of their own. We are VIPPS-accredited and licensed to ship in all 50 states, run a cash-pay-first model with discounted pricing, and are therapeutic-agnostic across retail, specialty, and compounded medications. As aesthetic and wellness providers scale their GLP-1, hormone, and compounded programs, GoGoMeds is the pharmacy engine behind the label.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Director of Revenue Operations to own and build our HubSpot instance end to end. This is a builder’s role first. You will architect, configure, and continuously improve HubSpot yourself, not just direct others to do it. You’ll own pipeline and forecasting, build the reporting leadership runs the business on, and turn a fast-growing sales motion into a clean, measurable, automated system as GoGoMeds scales across telehealth and medspa channels.

Must‑have: This is a hands‑on build role. You need to configure workflows, custom objects, properties, pipelines, lead scoring, and reports in HubSpot yourself. Strong candidates should be ready to walk us through builds they’ve personally shipped. Someone who only manages or delegates the work is not the right fit.

• HubSpot architecture: objects, properties, pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, and record structure across Sales, Marketing, and Ops Hub.
• Automation: workflows, sequences, lead routing and scoring, and custom‑coded actions that take manual work off the team.
• Forecasting: build and maintain forecast models, pipeline analytics, and the metrics leadership uses to call the number.
• Reporting: custom reports and dashboards for reps, managers, and executives, built on a single source of truth.
• Data integrity: deduplication, hygiene, enrichment, and governance so the numbers are trustworthy.
• Integrations: connect HubSpot to the rest of the stack (fulfillment and pharmacy systems, marketing tools, data warehouse) through native integrations and the HubSpot API.
• Enablement: playbooks, templates, and rep adoption so the system actually gets used.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to translate revenue goals into HubSpot processes, automation, and reporting.
• Own the weekly and monthly forecast and pipeline reviews with clean, trusted data.
• Diagnose funnel bottlenecks and ship the fix yourself: routing, scoring, stage definitions, and automation.
• Run releases and change management so updates roll out cleanly and reps stay trained and adopting.
• Continuously audit and improve the instance as the business scales into new therapeutic lines and channels.
• Set and enforce data governance and CRM best practices across the revenue team.

• Forecast accuracy: Reliable, on‑time forecasts leadership trusts.
• Adoption: Reps and managers living in HubSpot with clean, current data.
• Velocity: Measurable improvement in conversion, cycle time, and pipeline hygiene.
• Build output: Automations and reporting shipped that remove manual work and surface real insight.

• 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or HubSpot administration, with real hands‑on building rather than only oversight.
• Deep, demonstrable HubSpot expertise across Sales Hub and Ops Hub: workflows, custom objects, properties, pipelines, lead scoring, and the custom report builder (Marketing Hub a plus).
• Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline analytics.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems through native connectors and the API.
• Strong data instincts, with comfort in data modeling, hygiene, and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and build, not just delegate. This is a must‑have.
• Clear communication with reps and executives alike.

• HubSpot certifications (for example Revenue Operations, Sales Hub, or Marketing Hub).
• SQL or light scripting for custom integrations and reporting.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or another regulated environment.
• Experience scaling revenue operations in a startup or high‑growth company.

You’ll have the mandate to architect HubSpot the right way, own the forecast leadership relies on, and see your work drive real revenue outcomes, with the autonomy to build rather than wait on a queue.
