- Configure, manage, and optimize pricing within Campspot, KOA K2, Airbnb, and other applicable reservation or revenue-management platforms.
- Establish pricing guidelines and revenue-management practices that create consistency across the Streamside portfolio while accounting for individual park markets and demand patterns.

- Maintain regular visibility into portfolio and park-level revenue performance.
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly revenue performance summaries for Leadership, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Use Campspot Analytics and other available tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring action.

- Maintain consistent definitions and measurement of key revenue metrics across the portfolio.
Systems, Tools amp; Revenue Management Development
- Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue-related functionality within Campspot, KOA K2, Airbnb, and other applicable systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue-management processes, automation, forecasting, and pricing capabilities.
