A day in the life...
Wondering what a day in the life of Revenue Cycle Representative at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
  • Oversees processes and directs day-to-day work related to patient accounts.
  • Resolve team member inquiries and escalate issues to managements as needed.
  • Participates in hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and provides day-to-day operational supervision for assigned staff.
  • Collaborates with Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor and other leadership in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues to assure high quality, efficient, and cost effective services consistent with the needs of the organization.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a medical office or billing environment with medical billing and collections required.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology required.
