Job description

We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Coordinator to help keep our billing and reimbursement processes running smoothly. You'll partner with our billing vendors and internal teams to make sure claims are moving, payments are accurate, and revenue cycle issues don't fall through the cracks.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating billing, claims management, collections, payment reconciliation, and reimbursement activities; monitoring revenue cycle performance; identifying and resolving billing and reimbursement issues; and supporting initiatives that promote revenue cycle integrity and financial performance.
The ideal candidate has healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized. Experience with Athena and TruBridge is a big plus! If you're a problem-solver who sees a challenge and immediately wants to figure out how to fix it, we'd love to have you on our team!

Experience:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, hospital billing, professional billing or related field required
  • Analytic and/or financial assessment experience
