Job description

Job Responsibilities
The Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for successful coordination of activities in the income audit department.
Essential Duties/Core Competencies:
  • Supervise the Revenue Auditors and support the Income Audit Manager in assigning work and responsibilities, directing employees, scheduling, training and development of audit team to ensure that the work group operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Participate in the employee selection process hiring interviewing and recommending that candidates are hired.
  • Set performance standards for tasks, job and roles of their employees.
  • Align individual performance expectations with organizational goals.
  • Discipline employee and issues corrective actions.
  • Implement and ensure compliance of department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal control.
  • Audit the Main Cage, Count Room, retail, valet, Food and Beverage and other departments as required.
  • Audit paperwork generated by the Main Cage, Soft Count, Marketing coupon, Food and Beverage, ATM/TRU and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in accordance with New York state regulations and Federal and State laws.
  • Issue exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, New York state regulations and Federal and State laws.
  • Analyze and create spreadsheets, comply with all company policies and procedures, New York state regulations and Federal and State laws.
  • Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work/Educational Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience in the gaming industry required.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
