Job description

 

Returns Team Lead:
Reports to: Returns supervisor/ Warehouse Manager
Disciplinary action: Verbals, recommendations for Write ups.

The Returns Team Lead is expected to lead the team from the front, as an equal contributor to the overall production of the department. They are expected to lead in the absence of the Supervisor, and provide education and guidance to their team members in reference to the overall department procedures. 

This position is an ally to their team and is expected to convey pertinent information up to the Supervisor and Managers about daily productions, potential concerns, and positive outcomes that derive from their department. The key to success in this role is transparency and clear communication, without these there will be conflict and chaos in the department and within leadership itself. 

Job Description:

  1. Clear and effective communication with Supervisor and Managers
  2. Lead the team from the front - participating in daily work
  3. Training on any new personnel on best practice
  4. Supporting the Supervisor in tasks that are assigned
  5. Inventory Adjustments
    1. With very specific memos 
  6. Supply upkeep
  7. Up keep on SOPs/Best practices

Expectations/ Responsibilities:

Daily:

  1. Receiving/ inspections
  2. Assist with cases if needed
  3. Assist with Return to Vendor items
  4. Cleaning area
  5. Asana tasks
  6. Daily personnel assignments

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (with lunch) / 8a-4p (without lunch)
Compensation: $21.50/hr (90 day probation period)
 

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.

Benefits include: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays.
