Overview
We are seeking a talented Retoucher to support high-volume e-commerce and catalog photography for a premium retail brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong artistic eye, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality imagery that meets elevated brand standards.
This is a fully onsite position with an initial 1-month trial period and the potential for extension.
What You'll Do
  • Perform high-end image retouching across product, lifestyle, and marketing imagery
  • Execute precise color correction and color matching to ensure brand consistency
  • Conduct detailed image reconstruction and compositing work
  • Prepare and submit images for review, incorporating feedback efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of professional retouching experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing before-and-after retouching work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Bridge and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent color vision and a refined aesthetic aligned with premium brand standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have
  • Background in fine art, photography, illustration, or a related discipline
  • Experience with print production workflows
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
