Job description

Excelsior Wellness is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.


The Project Manager supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to coordinate organization-wide initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational improvement projects. This role supports project planning, tracks timelines and deliverables, facilitates communication across departments, and provides progress updates to leadership. Working collaboratively with teams across the organization, the Project Manager helps maintain momentum on key initiatives, identifies barriers to success, and supports alignment, accountability, and execution of organizational goals. This position serves as a coordination and liaison role and does not have direct supervisory authority.

How to Qualify:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of program management, project management, healthcare administration, operations, or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to support organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and key milestones remain on track.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, programs, subsidiaries, and leadership teams to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive communications that support leadership decision-making and operational planning.
  • Monitor organizational initiatives, identify potential challenges, and provide follow-up to ensure successful implementation and accountability.
  • Support operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, documentation development, and compliance-related initiatives.
