Job description

Position Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Provide leadership and technical support to project team including superintendents, crew leaders, field staff, office staff and other departments
  • Understand project plans, specifications, scopes and contracts
  • Deliver successful projects to clients, on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality
  • Create and manage project budgets including labor, material, equipment, sub contracts, and purchase orders
  • Manage projects including risks to budgets, schedule, quality, for overall profit and success
  • Procure materials and equipment with vendors
  • Manage manpower to meet schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide project reports and budget forecasts to Supervisors
  • Complete Monthly billing and change order procedures
  • Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Monitor safety requirements and safety program documents

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager and Estimator of Drywall, Painting, EIFS or related scopes
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Professional, self-motivating and positive attitude
  • Computer skills- Outlook, Excel And Word
  • Sage Contractor 100 & Edge Estimating Software knowledge helpful
