Position: Daily Substitute Teacher
Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in the classroom? Vernon Public Schools is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and flexible individuals to join our team as a Daily Substitute Teacher.



As a substitute teacher, you will play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment while supporting students across our schools and grade levels. Whether you are an experienced educator, retired teacher, or someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we welcome candidates who are committed to educational excellence and student success.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $130 per day (all grade levels)
  • Schedule: Part-time, as needed
  • Benefits: This position is not benefit eligible
  • Start Date: 26-27 School Year beginning August 27, 2026
