About the Role

The Paid Social Specialist oversees the strategy, execution, and performance of our paid social advertising channels. This includes developing full-funnel paid media strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable results aligned with company growth goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (primary platform), with additional opportunities across LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and implement improvements to optimize ROI.
  • Partner with content creators, designers, and external vendors to produce engaging, channel-specific materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage channel-specific budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage the channel specific fulfillment of compliant, timely and effective tactics.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and initiatives across all touchpoints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare regular performance channel analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social ads management
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, direct mail, email, paid search, and SEO
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-driven mindset with a knack for interpreting analytics to improve results
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Certifications in relevant marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
