Duties * You will be responsible for planning and executing complex analyses in order to support the assessment of explosive ordnance disposal tools and technologies. * You will prepare technical and programmatic plans for EOD technology assessment projects. * You will independently plan and conduct testing and research on EOD equipment to determine the equipment's capabilities and limitations, including if it should be rejected or accepted, reworked, or if it can be improved. * You will be responsible for planning and execution of scientific projects to include supporting test and evaluation of EOD equipment. * You will represent the command at various government and private industry meetings, symposiums, and conferences. The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-09 through GS-11; the ND-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-12 and GS-13.
