Job description

Retinal Consultants of Arizona has an amazing opportunity for a motivated BC/BE fellowship-trained Retina Surgeon to join a collegial team in Phoenix. The team includes 6 fellowship-trained retina surgeons, dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:

Retinal Consultants of Arizona (RCA) was established in 1980 in central Phoenix. Since then, we have grown to include 32 locations throughout Arizona, providing improved access to the highest quality medical care. We are proud to have become Arizona's largest and most experienced ophthalmology practice focused specifically on the diagnosis and management of the retina and vitreous.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:

Phoenix is a gem of the southwest, rich with things to do, places to see, and of course, mountains to hike. Phoenicians are spoiled with all four major professional sports teams, plus famed sporting events like the Fiesta Bowl, the Phoenix Open, and Cactus League Spring Training. When things heat up in the summer, locals cool off by floating down the Salt River, boating on one of six valley lakes, or staycationing by the pool at more than 175 resorts. So, whether you're here for the bustling nightlife of Tempe, the sophistication & shopping of Scottsdale, or simply for the striking desert scenery, Phoenix is certain to be big hit to all!

ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
  • Immediate high surgical volumes focused on high-quality care with lucrative productivity incentives.
  • Strong referral networks & support staff.
  • State-of-the-art technology.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, legal, pet, and childcare.
  • Continuing education, state licensure and medical malpractice coverage.
  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement options with company match.
  • Commencement & relocation assistance available.
  • Equity buy-in opportunities.
