Your Impact on Our Retail Fulfillment Centers:  

  • Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.  
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.  
  • Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.  
  • Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.  
  • Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.  
  • Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.  
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand.  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing required documentation accurately and on time.
