Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and supporting event logistics for conventions, DLCs, Summits, and other large-scale events. This role works in close partnership with the Fulfillment Manager to manage inventory, coordinate event pulls and returns, and supervise warehouse staff. The Warehouse Manager ensures that products and event materials are accurately tracked, organized, and prepared on time while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Event Support
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

  • Coordinate preparation of inventory and materials for events, conventions, DLCs, and Summits

  • Manage outbound shipments to event locations and inbound returns after events

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory before and after events

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment Manager to align on inventory priorities, staffing needs, and workflow

  • Co-supervise, schedule, and support warehouse and fulfillment staff

  • Help assign tasks based on operational and event timelines

  • Assist in training staff on warehouse processes, safety, and event preparation protocols

Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels, product locations, and event materials

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Fulfillment Manager

  • Maintain inventory control systems to minimize loss and maximize accuracy

Staff Supervision
  • Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse team members

  • Support performance feedback, coaching, and accountability

  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage for both daily operations and event preparation

  • Promote a positive and productive team environment

Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

  • Ensure team adherence to safety standards and company policies

  • Oversee proper handling of pallets, equipment, and ladders

  • Report and address any equipment or safety concerns promptly

Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Track operational and event-related KPIs (order accuracy, event readiness timelines, returns processing, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities to improve storage layout, labeling, and efficiency

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and fulfillment operations

  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding inventory status and event readiness
