About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple wireless retail locations and lead store operations across the market. This role is ideal for a proven multi-unit leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operational performance, driving sales, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

The Area Manager will work closely with Store Managers and store teams while serving as the primary operational link between the field and executive leadership. This position requires a leader who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Performance

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail locations.
  • Ensure stores consistently achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance and consistency.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and their teams.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop retail talent.
