What You'll Do:

  • Develop and lead the retail operations team by defining team strategy and project plans to execute initiatives.
  • Drive omni-channel strategy to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience that spans both online and stores and maximizes an omni culture.
  • Oversee effective and streamlined store communications while continuing to evolve and innovate our methods of communication.
  • Effectively manage retail workload planning in collaboration with all departments both within the brand and beyond.
  • Lead the store workforce management team to drive efficiencies in store scheduling, payroll forecasting, reporting and administration of census, commission & incentive programs.
  • Partner with corporate compensation department to create strategic compensation programs that align with growing omni-channel business.
  • Work closely with IT and digital teams to support store systems and technology to ensure the business is supported, efficient and innovative
  • Primary liaison between corporate overhead departments and stores to ensure that all information is communicated in a timely, consistent and brand appropriate manner. Escalating where necessary in support of our stores.
  • Oversee execution of real estate initiatives including store opening, expansion, relocation and closing processes.
  • Align with Learning and Development team to support training tools and new hire onboarding process to enhance customer experience and increase store productivity.
  • Oversee field operations team to drive field compliance of back of house standards through regular training and store visits.
  • Drive operational excellence in stores by creating consistent and efficient back of house standards across the entire store fleet.
  • Partner with finance department to leverage efficiencies and expenses.

You'll Need to Have:

  • 10+ years of in store and/or retail operations experience, involving field operations, workforce management and communications
  • Retail experience required
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills to successfully implement strategic initiatives from initial idea through execution
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
