Mobile Generation, the fastest-growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest is currently looking for a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Mobile Generation will be responsible for working directly with the Store Manager to ensure the sales team is well versed in our selling process, Verizon Wireless products and services, and ensuring our retail location is attaining our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well-skilled in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process, providing product and service knowledge, and ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Working side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
  • Assist Store Manager as directed to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.

  • Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
