UPC designs and manufactures retail store fixtures, and P.O.P. displays.

Located in Madison WI, we operate in a 120,000 square ft, clean facility.

Family owned for over 48 years and growing, we are employee centric with great employee retention.

UPC is looking for dedicated and experienced employees for

Administrative, Design, Engineering and all levels of manufacturing.

Position Summary

  • Ability to create precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy for manufacturing
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at one time, including coordination with design and engineering team
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues during the drafting process to ensure project success
  • Ability to interpret and translate engineering concepts, sketches, and specifications into technical drawings
  • Familiarity with BOMs (Bill of Materials) and supporting documentation for manufacturing
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to suggest design or drafting efficiencies
  • Experience with revisions, version control, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout project lifecycles

Facility Equipment & Work Environment

  • Professional Office environment in Engineering Department

Education & Experience

  • Proficient in CAD software (Autocad, Solidworks)
  • Familiarity with industry standards
  • A bachelor's degree in drafting; equivalent work experience will be considered
