5 years of direct experience with Operational Risk, Risk and Compliance with exposure and knowledge of Controls and Audit
A BA is critical for the Risk Policy Hub project to efficiently integrate Gen AI into risk assessment. This role ensures accurate requirement translation, effective Gen AI integration, and clear stakeholder communication, preventing project misalignment and ensuring success.

Should be a SAFe 6.0 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology platforms or products in an agile environment.
Experience in execution of product features that mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks. You will bridge the gap between our Risk & Compliance stakeholders and the engineering teams to build robust, scalable tools-such as automated control monitoring, fraud detection systems, audit trails, and risk analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with risk modelling concepts and methodologies.
Experience with data analytics tools, SQL, and understanding of large-scale data architecture concepts.
Knowledge of relevant technologies and platforms used in risk management and data warehousing.
