Projects may include work in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, Columbia, and surrounding areas.


Support Retail Remodel and Installation Projects Across the Southeast

TAB Retail Remodeling is a family-owned company specializing in retail remodels, merchandising, fixturing, millwork, installation services, and special projects for major retail clients across the country. The company is known for versatile crews, practical problem-solving, and strong communication on fast-moving jobsites.


TAB Retail Remodeling is hiring experienced Traveling Retail Installers to support ongoing and upcoming retail remodel and installation projects throughout the Southeast region. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on installation, fixture, retail remodel, or construction experience who are comfortable traveling and working in active retail environments.


The company is specifically seeking dependable, experienced candidates with leadership potential who are interested in long-term growth opportunities into Field Manager or Site Manager roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform retail installation, fixture setup, millwork installation, and remodel work on active project sites
  • Read and follow project plans, layouts, and installation instructions
  • Install, modify, move, or repair shelving, displays, fixtures, and retail components
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment
  • Support demolition, fixture resets, installations, and general project work as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work closely with project leadership and crew members to meet project timelines
  • Travel to project locations throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
  • Overnight and night shifts may be required depending on project schedules


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of installation, retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, millwork, or related field experience
  • Strong knowledge of basic tools, installation methods, and jobsite safety practices
  • Experience working on retail remodels, commercial projects, or traveling project crews preferred
  • Ability to read measurements, use power tools safely, and complete quality installation work
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and support crew success
  • Strong attendance, reliability, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, and move throughout the shift
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Southeast region
