A Retail Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing a company's retail property portfolio, which includes acquiring, leasing, managing, and disposing of retail locations. They analyze market trends, negotiate lease agreements, and ensure that retail sites meet business objectives and compliance standards. These abilities are vital for optimizing retail portfolios, maximizing profitability, and ensuring long-term business growth in a competitive market.

Negotiating favorable terms requires a deep understanding of market trends, location desirability, and the long-term impact of lease provisions on business operations. Additionally, they must ensure that leases align with the company's growth strategy and adapt to changing retail environments, such as shifts toward experiential or omni-channel retailing.
