As we continue to grow, we are looking for detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative team members who share our values.


About the Role

We’re looking for detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work in our Service department, and Retail Installation department. Project Coordinators help keep our window and door installations and repairs on track. You’ll support internal teams, communicate with customers and technicians, and make sure schedules, details, and logistics come together seamlessly. This fulltime position does require working onsite in our Grand Rapids office.

  • Retail Project Coordinators set-up installations for homeowners who have ordered replacement windows.
  • Service Project Coordinators schedule homeowners for repairs on their existing Pella windows and doors.
