Retail Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Retail Domain) to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital experience products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear definition of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, marketing, and engineering to gather and refine requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Oversee development of digital platforms, content management systems, and marketing technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and user-centric product features.
  • Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and success criteria to measure performance and drive improvements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Manage product risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, including product updates, demos, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience managing digital products and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party systems.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital product development or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in customer experience, personalization, or omnichannel products.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, A/B testing, and SEO.
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic, or similar) are a plus.
