A typical day for a Retail Planogram specialist involves analyzing sales data, creating or updating planograms using specialized software, and collaborating with store managers and merchandising teams to implement these layouts on the sales floor. You might be responsible for visiting store locations to assess compliance, gathering feedback, and making adjustments based on inventory or promotional strategies. The role often requires balancing multiple projects at once and adapting layouts quickly to seasonal changes or new products. It offers a dynamic work environment, blending desk-based planning with hands-on coordination, and provides opportunities to contribute directly to retail performance and customer satisfaction.
