Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate Warehouse team member to support daily retail operations, assist customers, and maintain accurate inventory and merchandising throughout the store and warehouse. We are seeking a Store Associate Warehouse team member to join our retail operations team. This role offers a mix of customer service, merchandising, warehouse responsibilities, and teamwork - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and helping customers succeed.
Hours

  • 1 Weekday Shift Monday - Friday
  • All other shifts will be weekend based. Weekend availability required
What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
  • Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records
  • Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations
  • Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly
  • Support opening and closing store responsibilities
  • Follow safety policies and maintain compliance
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed
  • Must be willing to operate a forklift
  • Must be able to learn and use computer systems and retail technology effectively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
  • Must be 18+
