Job description

Schaffer's Mill Golf & Ski Club is seeking a Merchandising & Retail Operations Coordinator! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain apparel displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with buying, receiving, and inventory control of golf shop merchandise.
• Ensure the golf shop is organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Support daily golf shop operations, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandising updates.
• Collaborate with professional staff to promote new products, events, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor sales trends and assist with merchandise planning and reordering.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in retail, apparel, and merchandising.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior golf shop or retail experience preferred.
