Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and people-focused General Manager to lead our Scooterโ€™s Coffee team. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving store performance, developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Scooterโ€™s Coffee standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all daily store operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
  • Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively
  • Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
