The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Compass Group to find qualified candidates for a Retail Manager in Staten Island, New York. The Retail Manager oversees the daily retail and cafeteria operations of Food & Nutrition Services while supporting the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the operation. This role ensures compliance with client guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards while providing excellent customer service. The Retail Manager also trains, motivates, and develops team members to help achieve operational goals and maintain a positive customer experience.
