Job description

Pride Pools, Spas & Leisure Products is currently hiring for a professional FULL-TIME Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall success of our retail store. This role oversees staff development, customer service, merchandising, sales performance, and operational excellence while creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. A successful Retail Manager develops a knowledgeable, motivated team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. They maintain a clean and inviting store, build durable customer relationships, and grow store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Development

● Train, coach, and develop the retail team members

● Conduct regular performance coaching and provide ongoing feedback to store staff members

● Create work schedules that ensure adequate staffing while managing labor efficiently

● Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and work ethic

Sales & Customer Experience

● Drive retail sales through exceptional customer service and consultative selling

● Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

● Ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance

● Resolve customer concerns professionally and work toward positive outcomes

● Identify opportunities to promote maintenance programs, equipment upgrades, and any other additional company services

Store Merchandising
