Inventory Associate (Part-Time) โ€“ Embr Dispensary

Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Part-time (weekend availability required)


About the Role

Embr Dispensary is looking for a detail-oriented Retail Inventory Associate to support inventory operations at our storefront. This role works closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure accurate product tracking, compliance, and organization, while occasionally assisting on the sales floor.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory shipments
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled and entered into METRC and POS systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts (daily/weekly cycle counts and audits)
  • Identify and report discrepancies to Inventory Manager
  • Barcode and track products within the POS system
  • Manage product storage, backstock, and sales floor organization
  • Monitor expired, quarantined, and waste inventory processes
  • Pack online, curbside, and in-store orders
  • Assist with restocking and general retail operations
  • Support budtending and customer service as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations

Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Previous inventory or retail experience required
  • Cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with METRC, Dutchie, or similar systems is a plus
  • Strong math and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
