Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our team as a full-time Lot Inventory Coordinator. Our ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and passionate about luxury automotives. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $22/hr.


What you will do:

Manage and maintain lot inventory ensuring organization and cleanliness of the vehicles and lot

Relocating wholesale and retail traded vehicles to designated areas on lot

Performing appropriate check in and check out procedures of all vehicles

Check in new vehicles of the delivery trucks

Occasional deliveries of vehicles out of state

Transporting off brand vehicles to dealerships to get recalls or warranty work completed

Helping vehicle transporters with lease return pick ups

Assist sales staff with delivering a vehicle

Maintain the fuel level in the vehicles

Rotating inventory as needed

Transporting vehicles between locations

Ensuring all window and lemon law stickers are placed on all new and used vehiclesย 

Snow removal of vehicles on lot in winter

Other duties assigned by the management teamย

Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

Possess a valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record
