Traveling Lead Merchandiser

Paid Travel | Hotels Provided | Weekly Overtime | Full-Time Opportunity

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Traveling Lead Merchandisers to support retail remodels and new store projects across the country. If you have experience leading teams, reading planograms, installing fixtures, and merchandising products, this is an excellent opportunity to travel while building your career.

As a Lead Merchandiser, you'll serve as the primary liaison between the client, your crew, and SPAR management while helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Schedule

  • Travel schedule: Two weeks on, one week off
  • Monday–Saturday
  • Typical start time: 7:00 AM
  • Overtime is common throughout each project

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support merchandising and fixture installation teams
  • Execute planograms and store resets
  • Install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays
  • Coordinate daily work with the client and SPAR management
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
  • Provide direction and support to team members throughout each project

Qualifications

  • Previous retail merchandising, retail reset, or fixture installation experience required
  • Experience reading and executing planograms
  • Leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel extensively and drive up to a 500-mile radius from home
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
