Beauty Pop-up Event Assistant (Contract, Part-Time)

Position: Beauty Pop-up Event Assistant

VIBE TWLV is a global cultural omni-channel platform rooted in fashion, aiming to create a Supernormal Universe where brands and culture meet. Based out of our 4,200 sq ft showroom in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (50 Berry Street), we curate experiences that connect brands and consumers worldwide—expanding beyond fashion into exhibitions and now, beauty.

This fall, we are launching Seoul Pop-up 2025 – V1. K-Beauty, our very first beauty pop-up. The event will bring together nine leading Korean beauty and beauty-tech companies, offering a unique space for visitors to directly experience their products. We are seeking enthusiastic staff to join us on this exciting journey!

Event Overview
  • Event Name: Seoul Pop-up 2025 – V1. K-Beauty

  • Position Type: Temporary, Contract, Part-Time

  • Dates: September 26 (Fri) – October 5 (Sun), 2025 (10 days total)

  • Location: 50 Berry St, Brooklyn, NY

Operating Hours
  • September 26 (Fri): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • September 27 (Sat) – October 5 (Sun): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Work Hours
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8 paid hours, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities
  • Brand promotion support (introducing products and guiding customer experiences)

  • Greeting and assisting customers; supporting event operations

  • Monitoring and managing visitor flow inside the pop-up store

  • Handling order pick-ups, payments, and refunds

  • Assisting with product loading/unloading for store set-up and wrap-up

  • Merchandising: supporting product display changes and restocking as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong interest in beauty and K-beauty

  • Prior experience in pop-up events, retail, or sales (fashion/beauty preferred)

  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer-service oriented

  • Fluent in both Korean and English (bilingual required)

  • Must attend and complete mandatory paid training sessions before the event

  • Preference for candidates available at least 4 days or more during the event period

Training (Mandatory Paid)
  • Brand/product training (TBD, virtual session)

  • On-site training on September 25 (2–3 hours, schedule TBA)

Compensation Benefits
  • Hourly wage: $18/hr

  • Lunch stipend: $20/day

  • Training hours are also paid at the same hourly rate
