  • Maintain detailed activity and account records in Salesforce
  • Leverage prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on account strategy and pipeline
  • Participate in daily activity meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching/NEPQ sales training

What Makes Someone Successful Here

  • Hunter mentality — competitive, entrepreneurial, persistent without being pushy
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and executive-level professionalism
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up discipline
  • Comfort with long, complex sales cycles and consultative discovery
  • Coachable, mentally tough, and consistent during slower periods
  • Ability to build trust with senior leaders and close conversations with confidence

Preferred Backgrounds

Enterprise B2B, SaaS, payroll/HCM, professional services, staffing, financial services, logistics/freight, commercial insurance, or other compliance/consultative outbound sales environments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience, prospecting into executive-level decision makers
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-touch follow-up
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with coaching and a team-oriented sales cultureBachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Why Advantax

We combine the stability of an established national firm with the energy of a growing BD organization — investing in sales training, coaching, prospecting tools, and long-term employee growth.
