Location: San Bernardino, CA  OR  Edmonds, WA
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the AEC industry and a proven track record in managing complex electrical systems and teams. This role requires a strong focus on client development and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical design projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and proposals.
  • Oversee the electrical design process, including power systems, lighting design, and MEP coordination.
  • Utilize AutoCAD MEP and Revit for design and documentation purposes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with LEED standards and sustainability practices in all projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff in technical and project management skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the AEC industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit software.
