RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Facilities Project Manager - Construction & Equipment Installations in Corvallis, OR.
Overview:
Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee facility infrastructure improvements and equipment installation projects within a highly technical production environment. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a background as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Owner's Representative who has successfully managed contractors, subcontractors, and complex installation projects from concept through completion.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for facility and equipment-related projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management, infrastructure systems, equipment/tool installations, and stakeholder communication while working in an active manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and leverage technical expertise across multiple disciplines
* Comfortable working in construction environments, cleanrooms, semiconductor fabs, and tool installation areas
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, inspection reports, and design documentation
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled at building and maintaining productive working relationships, even in challenging situations
* Highly dependable with a strong track record of meeting commitments and driving results
* Professional demeanor with the ability to represent HP and the Infrastructure Team effectively
* Open to feedback, direction, and collaboration with peers and stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
* Experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or similar technical facilities
* Background managing both facility infrastructure projects and manufacturing tool installation projects
* Familiarity with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) processes, permitting, inspections, and code compliance
This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a technical environment, can drive complex projects to completion, and excels at balancing safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
