Retail Design Operations - Creative Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Design Operations / Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of global retail design initiatives. This role is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional workstreams that bring retail environments from concept through execution and store opening.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized creative operations leader with experience in retail design buildouts, store rollouts, and large-scale creative execution programs. You will partner closely with global marketing, creative design, and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality retail experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end management of retail store design and execution projects
  • Drive all phases of delivery from concept, design development, production, and store opening
  • Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams across creative, design, and operational teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and execution quality
  • Track timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across complex global projects
  • Ensure creative intent is maintained through build and execution phases
  • Support global rollouts and retail refresh initiatives across multiple markets

  • 5-10+ years of experience in creative operations, retail design management, or creative production
  • Proven experience managing retail store design/build processes end-to-end
